These are the terms for using Lockedin.me. By claiming a page you agree to them and confirm you are 13 or older. They are short on purpose; if something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
The service is free
A Lockedin page is free, with no trial and no card. We may add paid extras later; anything that costs money will say so plainly before you pay, and the free page stays free.
Who may use it: 13 and older
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lockedin.me. When you sign up we ask for your date of birth, and you agree that it is true. If you are under 13 you may not create an account or a page. If you enter a birthday under 13, your account and everything in it are deleted immediately, and we will close and delete any other under-13 account we find.
If you are 13 to 17, you may use Lockedin.me with your parent's or guardian's permission, and with these limits: your page is not listed in search engines or the directory, and the e-mail sign-up, text sign-up, call or text, booking, address and opening-hours items, AI pictures of a person and paid add-ons are not available until you turn 18. A parent or guardian may ask us to review or delete a teen's page and account by writing tolegal@lockedin.me. How we handle your birthday is in the privacy notice.
One page per person
Each person gets one page. Addresses are first come, first served, and we may reclaim an address that impersonates someone, sits unused with nothing on it, or breaks these terms.
Your content stays yours
You own what you put on your page. You give us a license to store it, publish it at your address, and show it in previews and in your dashboard, for as long as the page exists. That license ends when you delete the page, apart from copies in backups that age out on their own.
What you may not do
- Pretend to be someone you are not, or imply a connection with a person, brand or team you do not have.
- Publish anything illegal, or anything that harasses, threatens or sexualizes a person, or that targets children.
- Use the page or the API to spam, scrape, or attack anyone, including us.
- Claim or hold addresses in bulk, or sell an address.
If you collect e-mail addresses or mobile numbers
The sign-up boxes are for people 18 or older. What people leave there belongs to you, and you are responsible for it: use it only for what they agreed to, say who you are, and follow the laws that apply to you. For text messages that means (in the United States) getting each person's consent before you text them, using the consent wording the box shows without shortening it, honoring STOP right away, keeping to the frequency you stated, and following the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier rules. Never buy, sell or share numbers collected here for other people's marketing. Lockedin.me stores the numbers and the proof of consent for you and does not send texts on your behalf yet; if we turn texting on, it will have its own terms that you accept first. We may switch off a box that collects numbers without valid consent, or that breaks these terms.
We may remove pages
We may take down a page, or close an account, that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and say why. You can delete your own page at any time by e-mailing welcome@lockedin.me.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be, and we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from it being unavailable, to the extent the law lets us say that.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we announce it on the site and update the date at the top. Keeping your page after that means you accept the new terms. What changed on 24 October 2026: Lockedin.me is for people 13 and older, we ask for a birthday at sign-up, and teens 13 to 17 have extra limits.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute that arises out of them or out of your use of Lockedin.me, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we each consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Either of us may ask any competent court for an injunction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, it is limited to the least extent needed and the rest stays in effect. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
